No “contact us for details”. If a question has an awkward answer, you will find the awkward answer here — it saves everyone a support ticket.
Tivo 8K is an IPTV subscription. Instead of a satellite dish or a cable box, your channels arrive over the internet connection you already pay for. You get one “line” — a username, a password and a server URL, or a single M3U link — and you enter it once into a player app on your TV, phone, box or computer.
From that moment the app behaves like a TV: a channel list by category, a programme guide, and a separate section with 240,000 movies and series on demand.
Normally about five minutes after your payment is confirmed, and always within one hour. We create the line manually, check it plays, and send it to you on WhatsApp together with the setup guide for your specific device.
If you order at 3am, you still get it at 3am — support is genuinely 24/7.
Yes. We give a 24-hour test line, one per household, with no card details and no account creation. Message us on WhatsApp and ask for the trial.
Our honest advice: use it to check the specific channels you care about, at the time of day you normally watch. That tells you far more than any review.
No. If you have a smart TV, you install an app on it. If you have an older TV, a $30 Firestick or Android box turns it into a smart TV. You can also watch on a phone, tablet, laptop, MAG box or Enigma2 receiver.
See the installation guides for the exact steps on each one.
Yes, counting every country, every language and every quality variant of a channel (a channel offered in HD, FHD and 4K appears three times, as it does on any IPTV service).
What actually matters is whether we carry your channels. Use the channel search or ask us — we would rather tell you “we don't have that one” before you pay than after.
Yes. The line is not tied to a country. Take your device with you, or just enter the same details in an app wherever you land — your home channels come with you.
15 Mbps is comfortable for FHD, 25 Mbps for 4K, and around 50 Mbps if you want 8K feeds on a large screen. Those are per stream, so a household watching two TVs needs roughly double.
Stability matters more than raw speed. A steady 20 Mbps line is better than a 200 Mbps connection that drops packets every few minutes.
Buffering has three usual causes: an overloaded provider server, a weak Wi-Fi signal, or a device forcing a resolution it cannot decode. We handle the first with load-balanced servers and automatic failover; the other two are on your side but easy to fix.
Practical checklist: use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, set the player's decoder to Hardware, and clear the app cache once a month. That removes almost every complaint we receive.
Usually not. Some internet providers throttle or block the ports streaming uses, and in those regions a VPN restores full speed immediately. The telltale sign is that most channels work but a group of them refuses to start.
If you tell us your country and provider, we can usually say straight away whether a VPN is worth it for you.
Yes — a 7-day electronic programme guide on the vast majority of channels, plus catch-up on the main networks so you can rewind a programme that already aired.
The guide downloads separately from the channel list, so allow up to an hour after your first login before judging it. If it stays empty, set the correct time zone and EPG offset in your player.
It varies by source, which is true of every IPTV provider — anyone claiming “everything in 4K” is not being straight with you. Major sports and film channels run at 4K and selected feeds at 8K; most international channels are FHD; some small regional channels only exist in SD at the source.
Our players use adaptive bitrate, so on a slower connection you get a lower-bitrate version rather than a frozen screen.
Yes, if your player supports it. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro can both record to internal storage or a USB drive, and can schedule a recording from the EPG. Recording quality is exactly the quality of the live stream.
Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV Cube, Android phones, tablets and boxes, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, Windows, macOS, Roku (via store apps) and Chromecast.
In short: if it runs an IPTV player, it runs Tivo 8K.
On an Android box or Firestick, TiviMate gives the best experience. IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest for beginners and exists on almost every platform. On Samsung and LG TVs, Smart IPTV or Set IPTV. On MAG and Enigma2 the built-in portal is used instead of an app.
We send the recommended one for your device with your line — you do not have to research it.
Not on a single line — one line streams one thing at a time. You can install it everywhere, but only one device plays at a time, and a second attempt will interrupt the first.
Tell us when you order and we add extra simultaneous connections to the same subscription at a discount, sharing the same expiry date. That is much cheaper than buying a second plan.
Just enter the same line in the app on the new device — nothing to pay, nothing to reset. If you use a MAG or Enigma2 device that is locked to a MAC address, send us the new MAC and we move the line across free of charge.
Yes, on mobile data or any Wi-Fi. Be aware that a couple of hours of FHD viewing can use several GB, so check your data plan before watching a full match on 4G.
$12 for one month, $25 for three, $40 for six, $55 for one year (which includes a free thirteenth month) and $90 for two years. Every plan unlocks the entire catalogue — see the pricing page.
No. There is no recurring billing and no card stored anywhere. When your term is nearly over we send one WhatsApp reminder; ignore it and the line quietly expires. That is the whole cancellation process.
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a secure payment link, plus crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH), bank transfer and Western Union. You choose when you message us; we do not ask for card numbers in chat, ever.
Yes. Extending simply adds time to the same line, so you never lose your favourites or settings. If you upgrade from a short plan to a longer one, we credit the unused days against the new plan.
If a technical fault on our side stops you watching and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, you get a refund for the unused period. Refunds are not given for “I changed my mind”, for a channel we never claimed to carry, or for problems caused by your own connection — which is exactly why the free trial exists.
Full details on the Refund Policy page.
Yes — a credit-based panel with instant line creation, sub-users and volume pricing from 10 credits. Cafés, hotels, and small resellers all use it. Message us and we will send the current credit rates.
WhatsApp on +1 (505) 528-2537, or Telegram, 24 hours a day. Average first reply is about four minutes. There is no ticket system and no bot loop — you talk to a person who can see your line.
Three things make it fast: your username or the phone number you ordered with, the name of the channel that is failing, and a photo or short video of the screen. With those we can usually diagnose it in one message instead of five.
Sources do change — that is the nature of IPTV. When a feed dies we replace it, usually within hours, and we remove dead entries rather than leaving them in the list to waste your time. If a channel matters to you and it is missing, tell us; we prioritise what customers actually ask for.
Yes, free. Send a photo of your screen on WhatsApp and we will guide you menu by menu, or upload the playlist to your smart TV directly if you send us its MAC address. Most first-time setups take under ten minutes with us on the other end.
Ask it directly. You will get an honest answer from someone who knows the service — including “no, we don't do that”, if that happens to be the truth.
